Las Vegas Family Entertainment Web site

Las Vegas has changed a great deal over the years. One of the the things it was not was a Las Vegas Family Entertainment destination until about the mid 80's. Then in an effort to attract familes, many Las Vegas Family Entertainment venues were added in an effort to attract families to Las Vegas so dad or mom could gamble while the kids amused themselves in the pool or one of the games rooms. Unfortunately Las Vegas did not retain the Las Vegas Family Entertainment image and has since return to a more risque type of environment.

Children were never encouraged to be in the Casino and there is less and less for them to do. Instead of being a Las Vegas Family Entertainment venue it is now a Las Vegas adult Entertainment destination for many people to spend a few days or a week or two. The kids can still enjoy the arcade games and the circus acts at Circus Circus hotel and casino, or enjoy the pools at many of the hotels. The Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino has a great wave pool.

The Stratosphere is another neat location that provides some Las Vegas Family Entertainment. As long as you are a specific height and weight, teenagers and adults can ride the roller coaster at the top of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino or one of the other rides at the top of the tower. New York New York also has a roller coaster that you can ride around as well as inside the casino.

Of course there are other types of Las Vegas Family Entertainment to enjoy as well. Families can visit the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam or go hiking at Mount Charleston. These are great activities for families to enjoy.
